Congratulations Sheriff. You have done a tremendous job for a long time for the people of Pickaway County. You can be very proud of yourself and your employees.

I remember the first time I met you, as you may recall it was after my wife had a traffic accident on US 23. You gave me your personal attention that day and I felt as though I, and my family, were the only people you were concerned with that day. We got to know one another on a professional level after that and then on more of a personal level. I want you to know I,m very proud and happy to call you “my friend”.

Good luck and well wished go to you and Betty in your retirement.

Without a doubt, you have accomplished so much in your life and have been an inspiration to many; No one can ever say you were not devoted to your family, the office, and the citizens of Pickaway County.
